He's got a shit ton of videos, some with a lot of views. The one's with a lot of views don't have that extended intro and end credits. It is...puzzling.

I have a saw like that. If I were to make a video about replacing the blade, it would be about 20 seconds long. I could probably keep the process in the camera frame, without blocking its view with my hands. This may be the worst, most inept plate-of-beans how-to video I've ever seen. On the plus side, for once the comments are reasonable.
I guess if you enjoy bad how-to, this will float your boat, but it's about as far from Best of the Web as such things get.

I may or may not have been recovering from a slight misjudgment regarding what the "micro" in micro-dosing might mean when I watched this and it didn't help.

It's the hand thing. I first saw it on Metafilter and I thought a long enough time may have passed that there would be people who had not seen it. I like introducing it to people because it is so fantastic, but I can't watch it because then I start doing the hand thing. And I can't stop.
