My favorite part is the moment where you get a glimpse of the parallax sky texture beyond the structure of the map, and of course it is also the giant face of Tim Allen.

Microsoft used to have a little program like this to make a screen saver. So I took pictures of the CTs of my sinuses and made them the walls and some daisies the floors. Then I left it on the work computer that other people used, so it could be their screen saver too. I was in love with stuff like that at one time.

This is even better than the Matt Damon texture pack for Minecraft!

I remember somebody showing me a Doom .wad file that replaced some of the sound effects with various samples (Locked door was Luke Skywalker saying "I can't, it's too big", gib sound effect was Samuel L. Jackson saying "Royale with cheese!",) which inspired me to look up how to do it so I could replace the player death sound with Krusty the Clown saying "Awwww, crap!"

That's what the internet was for circa 1994-95.

I spent half the video just trying to figure out what level it is. I'm sure it's E1, but not E1M1. Probably that partly dark map where you have the plasma gun.

My favorite Doom vid: Doom - Repurcussions of Evil as dramatically read and represented in gMod.

Both of these are greatly pleasing to the mind, body and soul.

The best part was when the player couldn't remember where the switch was to raise the stairs, because all the wall textures were Tim Allen. And it's obvious they've played that level before, a lot of times.
