Thank you so much, this is exactly my jam and after diving into OSI74, stumbling onto Pacific Northweird and Halloweentown I may finally be in the mood.

Someone in the Youtube comments mentioned that this looks like it is a parody of Kiddie-A-Go-Go, aired in Chicago in the late 60's. It has an identical opening song (with "Ghoul" instead of "Kiddie"), so maybe it is a parody, but it is good by itself, so maybe it is more of a themed remake.
