One last desperate attempt to pull 2016 back from the brink.

It's hard to argue that 2016 has been a dumpster fire of a year - it was even listed as Mother Jones' Meme of the Year inasmuch as MoJo is qualified to award that title.
No, this year started out with Vice predicting that 2016 was going to be a nightmare for us all, and unfortunately got a lot of things right.
But it wasn't all bad! Pandas came off the endangered species list! Pokemon Go happened! Here's another good list from NYMag.
