Rustic lake cabin near Stillwater, MN, heart of the Lakes Country. 650 square feet with vintage 1950s appliances and furnishings---lot and woodchipper not included.
No woodchipper, no sale.
"Well, the little guy was kinda funny-lookin'."
"In what way?"
"I dunno, just funny-lookin'."
"Can ya be any more specific?"
"I couldn't really say. He wasn't circumcised."
"Was he funny-lookin' apart from that?"
"Oh, he was just funny-lookin'. More than most people, even."

If I lived in MN I'd buy it and set it up as a tourist trap. Then I'd get to have my picture taken with cute Japanese tourist girls well into my cranky old man years.
