Those are lovely. I particularly like the organic shapes that bamboo scaffolding allows. To my American eyes those look incredibly unsafe; I mean look, it's twisting into collapse already! But in fact a lot of the world uses bamboo scaffolding and it works pretty well.

I subscribed to their RSS a long time ago. Sadly, it hasn't been updated since December 2015, which is really too bad because the images are fantastic.

Yay grids, I love grids. I would climb on these even though I am not a climby person.

I bought a zine last year that was all photos of bamboo scaffolding and had a great conversation with the person who made it that was basically like, "Grids! Grids are great. I love grids. Let's be friends."

I love this tumblr, thanks.

This is mine! Glad you're enjoying it. The blog stalled due to other commitments but I'm in the very early stages of producing a beautiful Scaffoldage book that will be filled with images like these. Incredibly excited.

A book, neat! How do you clear copyright on images like this? I imagine it's a laborious process of contacting every single photographer? How do you even find them?
