Solid technique on her goat clean although she was catching the goat a little low on her shoulder girdle. Work on full extension in the second pull so you have time to get in a good receiving position.

Goat jerk was too far out in front. Be patient in that rack position. No need to rush. Keep your weight in your hips with good anterior pelvic tilt and focus on driving with your hips to throw the goat straight up for a fast lockout.

I think the family's facial expressions really make the video.

Yeah, she talks a good game about goats and all but I watched her shoulder-press a chicken.

Poser.

I need another 1/2 acre, but we've been talking a lot about goats and I am now more convinced than ever that we need them.

Sophie1, yes, yes. Get goats. They are the most fun, most mischievous animals. #teamgoat

My cousin raises goats (she's currently on baby-watch. Well, kid-watch.) I sent her the goat yoga link a few weeks ago, but this is so much better.

There's a goat about 20' in that direction and this is very tempting.

They talk a lot about Milo of Croton, who started by carrying a calf around on his shoulders and, as they both grew, graduated to carrying a bull around in his shoulders, but what they never tell you about is Milo's cousin, Memoo, who spent a lot of his adolescence going into fields and touching goats.
