I've been looking at houses for sale recently and Horble Gray perfectly describes most of the recently flipped horror shows.

These color names are great (what's so clardic about "Clardic Fug"?), but I can't help but wonder if the results would be more interesting had they trained on HSV (or HSV) colors.

It's definitely not immediately obvious even to a human what RGB values define orange or purple, but separating the hue into a single, standalone component might make it easier to classify non-primary/non-neutral colors. I hope the author tries that at some point, because I definitely want to know what sorts of weird adjectives it might make for different shades of pink...

I have been looking for a name to fit the mood that I'm in, and a color that expresses it. These roles have now been filled by Clardic Fug.

Dammit, you just beat me to posting this!

I would pay actual cash money to paint my walls "snowbonk" just so I could tell people the color was "snowbonk."

What's the equivalent of "eponysterical" for when it's not the name but the person? Because I could easily see these paint colors being rated.

Navel Tan
Oh, what, it's not enough being judged for my pasty complexion, so now you've got to come up with Pantone standards for individual body parts? And not even the good ones, like shoulder blades or that bump on the side of your wrist, but the one place you have to clean out just to perform the inspection. Color me disappointed. C-

My guess would be that “Squant” is in the Farrow & Ball catalogue, right next to “Clunch”, and that a great many posh cottages in the Cotswolds are painted squant.

Sand (Lt.) Dan = from Behr's Forrest Gump line of colors

Sane Green = actually a purple-blue, for the truly enlightened color-blind

I am sceptical, as a lot of "NEURAL NET GENERATES HILARITY" articles turn out to be "I ran a markov generator on astonishing amounts of data, and cherry-picked/massaged the results." At least this one shows the process, which is encouraging.

That said, these colour names make me want to move to this building so that my local bus stop will be Haasdonk Dorp

Reading things that neural networks trained by this person have produced is a 100% guaranteed way to take my children's moods from foul to shaking with helpless laughter. Like even now all I have to do is say "4 tablespoons whipping milk" to my daughter and she will just collapse in giggles.

Sane Green = actually a purple-blue, for the truly enlightened color-blind

Or perhaps it's a variation on Frating Green, which (according to Douglas Adams' The Meaning of Liff) is that shade of green found on institutional corridors which is meant to make one feel calm in hospitals, industrious in schools and nervous in police stations.
