The heartwarming story of Chloe the kitten's rather miraculous recovery You know you wanted good news and a kitten post, right? The Cut recounts the story of Kitten Lady, a lady who rescues kittens, and her rescue of Chloe, an abused kitten with rear-leg paralysis. The prognosis wasn't good, but her progressing recovery is incredible. Plus, there are pics of a cute princess kitten getting her own walker.
Can we get a goodnews tag? I would search for it every day!

This is heartwarming. Though I do wish they'd spent the cold-light laser therapy and Assisi Loop therapy fees on treatments that have at least a vanishingly small chance of being real treatments, instead of absurd scams.

I follow Paul the Cat Guy on Facebook. He also goes to incredible lengths to rescue cats. Every once in a while I read about a sad kitten he can't rescue, and then I lose sleep if I look too late at night (don't read about Precious or Harry if you are like me), but he's a really good photographer as well as a good guy. (He has an Amazon wish list for supplies if you are so moved)
If I didn't already have a shelter-adopted cat and a backyard rescue cat with a wonky back end and missing teeth, I would go out and get another one now.

On a related note, twenty minutes into this podcast has a story about another kitten with paralysis having a happy ending, though it does include the line, "He basically starved our cat back to life."
