This latest short makes it much more obvious that the floppy naked people are CGI in a way that makes me feel, retrospectively, like an enormous idiot for genuinely not realizing until reading the text of this post that the floppy naked people are CGI.

I think I speculated in the thread for the first one, through my initial gobsmackedness, about the possibility that it was some kind of very carefully cleaned-up marionette work. CGI makes more sense, but the lighting and physicality and sheer weirdness of it when it was just the one duder was so "uh" that I wondered too.

That's always been a huge part of the joke for me, the pro level lighting and move matching mixed with the amusingly half-assed model/animation/rigging which is still weirdly brilliant.
