Sprint gets it? When dropping off your PCS bill at the store costs $3 more if you drop it off at the customer-service desk instead of in the box on the desk? When if you want to talk to a person you have to wait over an hour on hold?

Excuse me, Internet companies only "get it" if you enjoy talking to voice-mail systems, and the ill-programmed computers didn't louse up your account this month.
