To what end? I don't get it. The canvas *is* your face. That's sort of the point.

I'd say the point is more about giving visibility to Ike by pairing him with Cena, and Ike's schlubby regular-guy humor is an easy springboard for Relatable Cena.

Surely these guys regularly wear tons of makeup, as TV entertainers? At least Cena is willing to acknowledge he knows what makeup is (he understands it better than I do, anyway).

They're making fun of themselves rather than the video, which appears well produced. Two guys who know very little about a subject attempting to fake their way through it. Cena is surprisingly not the straight-man here, I laughed way too loud at "My make-up theory is like my gym theory, never be afraid to go heavy."

I wanna see them do a lawnmower engine rebuild next.

I find a good comedy makeup tutorial (See: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zJaaLXZwmsU) is much, much funnier than this, but I did like hearing John Cena talking about how makeup makes you more aerodynamic.

I liked this, it's right up my alley, even if whenever I see Ike - I'm like - where have I seen him before, and have to google. Oh yeah, Sisters.... and that other thing, and also that other thing.

My current favourite makeup tutorial is this one, from Bob Herzog of WKRC. It's apparently a regular thing; his Facebook page is full of "Wake Up and Makeup" videos.
