Making a whole website to look at youtube videos in seems like a lot of work to recreate the experience of a CSS file.

minimal is great and all, but...need the playtime in the listings. Missing vital information ≠ minimal.

If anyone else is like me and prefers the convenience afforded by dowloading the videos to the hdd and watching them with a media player at their leisure, check out youtube-dl.
It can also stream the files directly to the media player but then the experience wouldn't be much different than using the browser.

I don't like how it's all done in a single window so there's no way to use the back button. Also, the privacy policy is unviewable. Otherwise, great stuff.

check out youtube-dl

It supports ABC iView and SBS On Demand and works on my Odroid! I'm sold.
