Peregines, to be sure:

When these parents flap, pigeons quiver.

Dive, Strike, Kill, Catch all above 30 stories -- they never hit the ground.

So glad they hatched this year. Last year the nest was abandoned after 4 eggs....

I worked on the 36th floor of that building for a few years in the 90's, and vividly remember the day that one of the peregrines lit upon one of the ledges of our offices. We gathered around in awe; it was beautiful, and much larger than I expected. It either couldn't see us through the glass, or its majesty was so far beyond our feeble human imaginings that it couldn't be bothered to give us a second thought. Also, we were not food.

They keep the nest lit at night? Or is it a rerun when dark?

I doubt they hunt after dark, so, yes, reruns, methinks.

Very cool webcam, but why is it the Saturn V building? Is it as tall as one?

Also, before 9 AM, Pacific Daylight Time, the nest is sunlit. This morning, both parents were gone and the chicks were at maximum cute, crawling over one another.
