Sometimes Al Horford (Boston Celtics forward) flinches at the basketball. He has finally revealed his reasons.

This is great! I think I should start trying to keep it light at my office by visibly flinching during meetings.

My favorite part is that in the last video (from last night's game) he actually ran back across the court to make sure he was properly positioned to flinch at the anticipated cross-court shot.
