As part of the promotion for the upcoming broadcast of FLCL Progressive and FLCL Alternative, Adult Swim has announced the six city Mono Me You Sun tour by The Pillows, hitting both coasts of the US. Opening for the band will be all female band Noodles and Cullen Omori.
Also as part of their promotion, Adult Swim did an interview with the band about their involvement with both the original and new seasons of FLCL, along with the production staff and the English voice cast.

I can't make it to the cool nerdy rock show because I'll be at Disney World for a professional conference.
I'm not sure how my younger self would feel about that sentence.
Anyway, here's a Spotify playlist I made for myself when the new seasons were announced and I was craving more Pillows-adjacent guitar rock for driving around in the summer.
