Golden Axe?

No, the one who enters from the left at about 0:15 and starts pounding on a trash can.

Mega Drive is a really good name for a... thing. Really any thing.

The big guy is from Proud Cragger from Golden Axe 3.

The initial sequence reminds me of an ad I did some years ago for a retrogaming shop.

Plogue is working on circuitry-accurate instrument plugins for a few chipsets, including the MegaDrive. Once that MegaDrive plugin comes out I'll be super tempted to make a full EP or album with just that. Truly amazing sounds.

This video has some pretty good insights on how music for the Mega Drive was made. I've also been meaning to do a post on this particular channel for some time, so, maybe tomorrow.

For us Yankees, we might know the Mega Drive better as the Sega Genesis
