I don't want to minimize her amazing talent but gosh she's adorable! And the video with her mother? The best.

Thank you for posting this!

I am, in fact, MUCH HAPPIER having been introduced to DJ Switch, which is no small feat these days.

her speaking voice is so lovely, too, it's so soft and pleasant! What a wonderful kid.

Suggesting adding the "hopefulsummer" tag to this post, as suggested by this metatalk thread.

you know, its easy to give in to negative feelings these days, but kids like this are so amazing!! (ie not all hope for the future is lost)

yes, she is ADORABLE!!! but also she's 10 and she has a passion and she's 10 and she has a goal for her future career (and a wonderful one!!) what an incredible, admirable young person. she wants to bring health and happiness to people.

She is amazing and I want to find out more about what supports there were in her life to make her so resilient so we can duplicate it for other girls. Thanks so much for sharing.

Holy heck this kid has her ducks in a row. I love the tips video--she is serious about her stuff and it shows, the professionalism!--and the other video is fantastic to get a bit more of a profile of her. But when she says step #5 in being a successful deejay is attitude? Dude she ain't kidding. This kid is overflowing with attitude and it's amazing.

As someone said above, I also want to find out what supports she had/has so that we can duplicate it for other girls as well. Her relationship with her mother seems to be wonderful. Her confidence and her unapologetic presence are both are so heartening to see. And I absolutely, absolutely love that she wants to be a gynecologist. She's like a positive gift that keeps on giving. We need to allow and help more little girls to be like her. Frankly, I wish I were her.

Thanks so much for this post. I'm sure she'll continue to thrive and I'm happier knowing about her.
