I'd watch/read an Aztec Wonder Woman story of some kind. I'd watch/read pretty much any Wonder Woman story. Just more Wonder Woman in general.

I love these, but a couple of them are opaque WRT the inspiration: the first one (Captain America?) and the later one with the knives coming out of his nose and mouth.

The first one in Huitzilopochtli and the later one with the knives coming out of his mouth is Mictlantecuhtli, which the artist says is "based off some codex refs."

I clicked through to the Instagrams and he says Huitzilopochtli and Mictlantecuhtli, not based on any pop culture unless that culture is Aztec.

I mean, it's Huitzilopochtli... But it's also sort of Captain America. That's the beauty of it.
