Thanks for posting, now I want to check out his restaurant. Was horrified to read that someone with his experience had to offer to work FOR FREE after his accident.

I have visited a few bars lately that have a lowered counter section and I hope to see more as well as some of the other things he mentioned to make restaurant spaces more hospitable and accessible.
