Someone says "Dracula" in the thread but it's Nosferatu. It's the Max Schreck of vampire cats, the Klaus Kinski / Werner Herzog take on a killing machine most people think is cute.

I'd name that cat Mr Fluffikins, and I would ensure it knew its name and would come when called, and then I would invite people over and ask them if the like cats and then call Mr Fluffikins over in my best lilt. Then I'd flip a hidden switch and all the recessed black lights come on in the room and reveal the UV fluorescent sigils painted on every single surface, including the dried flowers, doilies and thomas kinkaide paintings. Then I'd carry on as if nothing had changed.

WELL ACTUALLY, Gizmo gives "birth" to Stripe when he gets wet. But he remains Gizmo.

Anyway, this cat is clearly related to Stripe, but he lacks any stripe, so I'd say he's more of a generic Gremlin.

Although now I think the name Shriek would work really well, or Claw.

I mean... if this were my tiny friend, I would name her something like Ida B. Wells and then give her a bunch of cute nicknames. Or I'd call her Barbara Gordon or Kate Kane if I wanted to make a bat joke.

She's SO CUTE. I really just want to snuggle her and see if she wants to play.
