That compilation is missing the original pilot for some reason. When I first watched it, I was immediately charmed by Bee's talking to herself and/or Puppycat. I feel like you don't often see that specific variety of weird and singsong that people get when they're talking to themselves or a pet, but Bee's got it in spades.

Also, I still think and/or say "you took too long. Now your [insert thing here]'s gone. That's what happened! Blapow!" on a somewhat regular basis.

"Bee and PuppyCat: Lazy in Space is coming in 2019"

THERE'S GOING TO BE A NEW SERIES YISSSSSS

I have no idea what's going on in the teaser, but it looks beautiful and I am 100% on board.

1:48 am, evening spent on twitter, following all the #resister's, hoping for the best, afraid of the future... hit the limit and came to MeFi.

Suddenly immersed in "puppycat" and all of this!

Honestly, I'm hoping that the remaining episodes will get me through the final release of the Mueller indictments.

Thanks!

I had never heard of this before and wasn't inclined to click on it but somehow the second comment here made me curious and so I did and I'm happy I did and I'm not entirely sure what it is I just witnessed but I feel like it was true and precious and thank you for posting.

I love this show so so much. So happy and grateful it's getting a second season. I still regularly refer to myself as 2 CUTE 2 POOT, despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary.

Oh yay, that's great. I've always called my daughter "Puppycat" as a little nickname, and my wife calls her "Bee", so we were particularly fond of the pilot, but never got around to watching the series. We will have to check it out soon.

Well that was enchanting. I meant to watch one episode last night, but couldn't stop watching and now I'm desperate for more.

My catlike dog and my friend's doglike cat are both Puppycat to me.

I worked on this show! I did the dadbox song and the Jellyfish song (at 44 minutes) and I scored most of the last episode! Yayyy Bee & PuppyCat!

I loved these two every since the first time they had an FPP here. So glad to see more finally! thanks DoctorFedora! My favorite thing is probably puppycat's voice.

That is just lovely.

The pilot can be seen here.

Frenetic, allow me to briefly fan-girl, I ADORE the Jellyfish song.

I'm so impressed that from extremely weird beginnings it managed to get weirder and weirder!

It's taken us a long time to get here. When Bee and Puppycat first came out, Steven Universe had yet to premiere. Now in that show we're still all dizzy (despite its own interminable hiatuses) about the shocking revelation that [REDACTED] is really [REDACTED], not to mention that [REDACTED] is a [REDACTED], that [REDACTED] came from [REDACTED], [REDACTED] used to [REDACTED] to [REDACTED], don't even get me started about [REDACTED], [REDACTED], [REDACTED], [REDACTED], the [REDACTEDS], and the fact that [REDACTED] was right about everything!

I have watched all of the Bee and PuppyCat content through twice, today, and I am physically restraining myself from doing so a third time. I could probably write a lot about why I like it, and I would definitely use the word ineffable in there somewhere, but one of the ways I'm physically restraining myself is by actually leaving the keyboard to walk the cat YES and brush my teeth and go to bed.

Ah, I finally finished watching the rest of the episodes. What follows is low-grade spoilers--

I knew there was something more going on in B&PC than was being let on at first. The dreams were one clue. The fact that Bee oddly had things like electronic equipment in her apartment (especially her attic, something I first notice in one of the great B&PC comics), but wasn't sure if I'd like how they would be revealed.

Well, now I know, and they're awesome. B&PC is still terrific, it tells stories unlike anything else in animation and always in an unexpected and totally charming way, and it's great that it's finally continuing. I just hope it'll be more accessible than it's been the past four years locked away on VTV, because it's hard to justify paying for a whole streaming service for one show, even if it's Bee & Puppycat.
