Well they certainly weren't there yesterday!
At the top of the Canary Wharf escalators are three strangely decorated cows. They've been dotted around other parts of London in the past, but its the first time I've seen of them.
An interesting way to start a Friday none the less! - anyone else seen these cows or been invaded by travelling art such as the eyestorm snowballs in summer project (which was a little while ago, but still fun)

These have dotted the U.S. for a few years now. C'mon England, at least pretend that you're a relevant.

There's some weird goblin thingies at Barbican station too. Not quite sure what that's all about...

There's a plain black cow outside the Great Eastern Hotel in Liverpool St. Not as pretty as the multicoloured cows in Stamford, CT, a couple of years back (think they were in New York around the same time).

You'll find herds of "Party Animals" in Washington, DC this summer.

There were two new cows (one blue and one black) at Piccadilly Circus this morning. Last I saw they were being abused by disappointed football fans.

The party animals prompted my not-quite-seven-year-old daughter to ask about political parties, their differences, which one I belonged to, all that, giving me the wonderful opportunity to indoctrinate her by her own request!

Every year St. Paul, MN, displays a series of statues based on the "Peanuts" characters. This year it's "Looking for Lucy." The first two years were devoted to Charlie Brown and Snoopy. Not my cup of tea, but I try to avoid St. Paul at all costs.
