Tingeling is a cat in Oslo. Sometimes he wonders—as do we all—what is the purpose of existence. Find more of him and his buddy Tussetroll on Instagram. [h/t Miss Cellania]

*Tussetroll*? I say we invade this country and take their cat names for ourselves.

Also, if you Google 'Tussetroll', one of the early results is a 'blep' subreddit, where there's a post declaring Tussetroll to be 'a big blepper.' I suspect I will soon reach the age at which I will no longer understand anything on the internet.

Those cats hosted Sprockets from 1983 to 1984. True.

Yes. They are the goodest of smooshy-faced cats.

A blep is when a cat or dog slightly sticks their tongue out. It’s super cute!

Bleppers relax frequently and deeply, and then startle themselves awake. There are big bleppers, and there are smol bleppers. You can't breed two big bleppers, or their young, their offspring, will blep all the way, and never relax again. Tussetroll is a big blepper, Sing Or Swim. Let us hope one of his parents was not.

A blep is like a mlem, frozen in time.

Blep is animal resting face with the tongue partway out of your mouth like you're unaware that it's there like that.

Just in case that wasn't known already

And potentially indicative of a dental problem.

"Now is the time on Sprockets when we blep!"

A bit reminiscent of Henri, le chat noir, non? (Whom I thought had gone to the great catnip scratchpost in the sky a few years ago, but per wiki, is still with us?)*

*And also, isn't it amazing that I can type "French cat on internet" and be instantly given dozens of articles reminding me of Henri's name and background and links to "his" videos, and all I have to do is give up is all my privacy and productive time?
