Members of more than 300 indigenous groups marched for land rights and protested against the right-wing government of Jair Bolsonaro. As on the same day the Supreme Court rejected an injunction challenging as unconstitutional a Bolsonaro administration provisional measure that transferred the authority over the demarcation of indigenous lands to the Ministry of Agriculture.

It's not only agriculture; Residents of Raposa Serra do Sol are determined to face down the threat posed by mining.
It should be noted that during the dictadura both denied and admired by Bolsonaro that over 8000 indigenous people were murdered.
As Carlos Drummond de Andrade wrote: "A civilization that sacrifices ancient peoples and cultures is an amoral farce".

Yes but this is one of the worst right now: destroying the indigenous, their land, their environment. Fuck Bolsonaro.

Imagine a game: the board is called Rondônia and the objective is to place all the pieces inside the last green islands of forest. The pieces are land grabbers and loggers. They move forward. In this task they have the support of local politicians, as well as the House of Representatives and the Senate. Public officials and civil society try to prevent these invasions, but they are also threatened.
The Karipuna and Uru-Eu-Wau-Wau fight on. They have resisted for decades, but now it's different. With the new president, Jair Bolsonaro, the war against indigenous territories has already been declared.

Brazil’s indigenous women have been overturning tradition to step into the spotlight and lead an international push to defend their tribal land rights, which are up against the greatest threat they have faced in years.
Joenia Wapichana, last year became the first indigenous woman elected to Brazil‘s Congress and has been seeking to block Bolsonaro’s attempts to dismantle the indigenous affairs agency, Funai.
Speaking at a news conference, Guajajara, 45, recalled how in 1998 Bolsonaro, then a congressman, said in a newspaper interview that it was a shame the Brazilian cavalry hadn’t been “as efficient as the Americans, who exterminated the Indians.”
