A Monstrous Psychedelic Bubble Exploding In Your Mind

Need some psychedelic music getaway, a blend of old and new, long mixes with separate themes? Back in 2008, Amorphous Androgynous / Future Sound of London decided to make the ultimate mixtape. A Monstrous Psychedelic Bubble Exploding In Your Mind Volume 1: Cosmic Space Music is a 2h40m journey across a varied sonic landscape engineered for your enjoyment.

2009's Volume 2: Pagan Love Vibrations is 2h30m of more and different theme but similar execution. [Ed. note: this one is my favorite.]

Volume 3: The Third Ear was released in 2010. Here it is in two [1h10m] parts [1h13m].

Granted I'm only about 20 minutes into the first linked video, but I can't escape the notion that this is the soundtrack for a movie animated by R. Crumb, extolling the blessed spiritual virtue of getting zonked out of one's skull on weed. But, I mean, in a good way. Or maybe just a bad '70's porn. I dunno.

*pffffffft* (in a constrained voice) Righteous. *exhale*

I really like these Monstrous Psychedelic mixes, particularly for their vast inclusiveness, the selecter in question having a very catholic view of what constitutes that particular "sound". Brings to mind the best five word definition of psychedelic (when used as an adjective) that I've heard:

the indivisibility of all things

Wonderful mixes here!

Is there any easy way to download all of them as individual mp3's (or even better, in FLAC or something lossless)? I'm perfectly happy to pay for them.

This is timely -- I've been going down a psych-rock rabbit hole on youtube today since learning of Roky Erickson's passing.
