When I want similar laughter, I always go back to this video of my wife pulling a gentle prank on my daughter that makes my daughter crack up.

Boy had the wrong strategy. Instead of catching the card between his head & the door he should have tried for the much easier beating the card to the spot even with his head so the card lands there & its fall is arrested that way. All it needs is speed.
