Rust Belt vs. Sun Belt?

An interactive electoral map shows that Democrats have two ways to win the presidential election in 2020. They can flip three Rust Belt states that Donald Trump won last time -- Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania. Or they can pursue a Sun Belt strategy and try to win Florida and either Arizona, Georgia or Nebraska.
