I regularly watch these videos on speedrunning record minutae and this joke hit me in all the right spots. Great concept, good execution, plus commitment to carry the joke straight through full-length.

I hardly ever watch speedruns but still found this entertaining.

Yeah, I don't know what you call parody so good that you appreciate it even if you don't know the thing being parodied that well, but this is definitely that.

Same. For me, it's a lot like IFC's Documentary Now! where I don't think I've actually seen any of the parodied documentaries all the way through but can identify about 80% of which ones they're parodying.

As a huge Summoning Salt fan I feel both somewhat offended and sore from laughing so much.

I love these for both the amount of depth and detail they go into creating something that captures the look and feel of a speedrun video and also the strong implication that the best thing to do with American Dad is skip through it as quickly as possible.

I think this might have been inspired by a bit in the first few minutes of episode 413 of the My Brother, My Brother, and Me podcast.

Pfft, not one of these bozos tried it in the notoriously difficult to glitch Italian version!

And they followed it up with a second video on the TAS (tool assisted speedrun) history.
