Thank you for sharing. I had no idea there was such variety amongst the mines. The photos in this article were very striking. Aside from the mines, it looks like hard living indeed in Waziristan, that shale heavy soil is not especially fertile.

I saw this report and thought about making a post. Then changed my mind. Then saw the report that the US military has decided that they are a legitimate tool. So here we are.
