'boda boda madness by dutch photographer jan hoek and ugandan-kenyan fashion designer bobbin case is a project capturing nairobi’s motortaxi drivers, known as boda boda, who, in their effort to strengthen their appeal to customers, add striking features to their motorclycles, turning them into artworks on wheels.'

These are BEAUTIFUL. I wish they had posted separate pictures of the bikes first though, so I could try to imagine what the outfits might look like, before seeing what the fashion designer came up with (which is beyond what I could have imagined anyway).

I love that the drivers ended up continuing to wear their outfits, because they helped them get more attention. They look great!

I do wonder how hot they get, but I guess any protective motorcycle gear is going to be just as hot.
