Wow. On the one hand, I needed to see that. On the other hand, we still live in a world where these very specific types of violence and pain are played for laughs, or for drive by click activism without leading to people making change. So I just gave a donation and signed up to volunteer with Fair Fight, which is working to protect voting rights across the country. Policing and gun violence are a political issue that are important to me and I can do something to make the world better for my neighbors. There are many groups working specifically on gun violence.

I hope other people are moved to give today as well.

If you enjoyed this, check out the revival of Twilight Zone. Episode 3 has the same premise of POC with a "rewind" button, it's a mother trying to do anything she can to keep her son from being killed by some racist bastard/cop.
