Lovely indeed! I'm of the opinion that The Moon is one of the finest songs to ever appear in a game, and also just a great song in general. So I'm always happy to hear a new performance. This may be the largest number of people to perform it live. That opening arpeggio beautifully introduces a new world (the moon is the hardest stage). small nitpick: they stop it too soon, the arp stays in for several more measures in the original

Here's some other great covers of The Moon: The Advantage does it as clean electric guitar rock, and Mariachi Entertainment System does it, well, mariachily.

It's also a perennial favorite of synth nerds, here's a nice one from reddit; straight from the midi source but with nice patches.

Love it. I loved the original 8-bit version and I love this at least as much.
