If you don't mind old, there's a ton of documentaries, sales films, and such featuring steel making, dam building, metal casting and forging, plastic injection molding, and much more on YouTube. Industry on Parade is pretty neat, if very rah-rah free markets at times and full of that 50s style of sexism. (what would you expect from the National Association of Manufacturers..in the 1950s?) A lot of episodes of that series in particular are easily available. Watching a few of those should prompt the algorithm to surface a bunch of other old industrial film type stuff.
