Yeah, that was a great performance.

And it made me realize that in 200 years, when it's safe to laugh at all the current craziness, someone is going to make a hell of a Fully Automated Luxury Space Opera based on the libretto The Busboy of Mar-a-Lago. Scheming courtiers, wacky plans, comically exaggerated misunderstandings -- suddenly I can't see current affairs through any other filter.

Rawnsley had a bit of a leg-up on this one. He is not only an operatic baritone but a professional actor as well. The acting really shines through in the performance...
