Have you heard of the rainbow-haired rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine but have no idea why? Are you at sea trying to understand the history of beefs, controversies, success, gang affiliations, federal RICO charges, and snitching? Let a young Englishman in London with a love of hip-hop and brilliant research who calls himself Trap Lore Ross explain it all to you in “The Clout Chronicles”:
pt 1: The Birth of 6IX9INE
pt 2: How 6IX9INE Stole His Persona
pt 3: The Allegations against 6IX9INE (THOSE ONES)
pt 4: How 6IX9INE Dominated the Billboard Charts
pt5: How 6IX9INE Took Over The Bloods
pt 6: The Many Beefs of 6IX9INE
pt 7: The Fall of 6IX9INE (Wherein Ross actually dyes his hair rainbow after going that far down the rabbithole)
Check out the rest of Ross’ videos to get shcooled on subjects such as Tupac faking his own death, why rappers can never go to Sweden, how Snoop Dog beat a murder case, and much more, including UK-specific topics like “Why Rappers Love Ed Sheeran”

Watching the video about 2pac is like reading hip hop message boards these days. Nearly all a bunch of nonsense laced with a few provocative statements or moments, just doing what so much online content does now, get attention. It's tiresome. Come to think of it, it's like what many think hip hop is, only its rhythmless and stripped of it's backing music. Like people really think they're doing hip hop, but they've fallen in love with the shadow of it in the cave.

I can only handle so much of it, though. The guy is... difficult.

Not gonna lie came here expecting to confirm my disapproval of a guy i know nothing about except that he snitched and was probably going to be dead soon and so it goes.
Only clicked a few sections of a few clips but every time i did i found the story fascinating and well told. By the concluding bit my take on 6ix9ine did a 180.
