15 years of seeing that one little looped animation of He-Man staring at the sky. And somehow I never watched the whole video from beginning to end. It's really quite sweet! All it needs is a guest appearance from Fisto to round it out.

I first learned of this video a couple years ago when my son was 3 or 4. We were driving somewhere and he was entertaining himself up by getting an Android phone to talk back to him: "OK Google... Hey! Hey! Hey! Hey!". This was the top search result and we both thought it was hilarious. I think it was the first time my kid found something cool that I'd never seen before and shared it with me.

Having just crawled out from under a 15-year rock, this is awesome!! Thanks! :) Today I'm gonna try extra hard in the institution.

So there's the one bit that briefly uses Don't Cry Out Loud instead of What's Up which gets me thinking is there a literature / poetic name for this technique? Where you create a duel meaning by showing where you could have ended the sentence earlier?
Just keep it inside,

I cannot begin to tell you how much the mere existence of Fistos that aren't the canonical Fisto infuriates me.

This and the Fensler GI Joe bits are still golden to me. Apotheosis of the web.

Good question. The closest I can think of in rhetoric is aposieopesis, but that is when the speaker trails off with the implication that what is unsaid is better left to the listener’s imagination. “I tell you, the guy had not taken the garbage out or done laundry in weeks. And as to the state of his kitchen...”

The thing you’re talking about is on full display in the English Beat’s “Save It For Later:”
Two dozen other stupid reasons
Why we should suffer for this.

Don’t bother trying to explain them,
Just hold my hand while I come

To a decision on this.
