Khachapuri with... pizza dough, mozzarella, and parmesan? And where's the artery-clogging generous dollop of butter? This is like a recipe for authentic Italian pasta that starts, "open the can of Chef Boyardee..."

Yeah, that’s a bit odd. If you can’t get sulguni the closest substitute is a mix of mozzarella and feta.

Fizz made an eponysterical post about "gin fizzes" (Fizz made a post about Fizz) Johnny Wallflower, ever the shitposter searched for anything he could make the same sort of eponysterical post about- and apparently found a cooking blog with wallflower in the name. It's not great. Especially when you consider the grand botanical world of the wallflower. But considering last years "poop month" which nearly drove me to take a road trip to Virginia with a machete in tow- as long as his shit posts contain no actual shit- I will happily applaud them.
Tl:dr, shit is terrible right now and a couple of metafilter fun guys are making jokes at each other- roll with it.
