The image names are some function of date/time (e.g guessing that 20200818181737.png is year -2020 month-08 day-18 hour-6pm minute-17 second-37 on EST time where the Embry-Riddle Daytona Beach Observatory is located) . So if you hit submit the same second someone else does.....

Also, if you navigate up the URL tree a little you'll find the name of the engineer who maintains the generators. He has an interesting Facebook video about the ERAU observatory (you know....once you stop jerking around with the generator and loading up his server....) He doesn't use the generator for signs for his own office disappointingly.
