Hubble gets taste of the sun's future: hamburger. It's stuff like this that makes me love the Hubble.

Mmmmmm...hamburger.

Doesn't look like a burger to me.

Looks like a maxi pad.

Ye gods, that's a pretty picture.

Now you heathen vegetarians know better: God WANTS you to eat that burger.

Something that beautiful deserves a better name than "Gomez's Hamburger". Something that lilts off the tongue, like NGC20654.?

If it was discovered by a Chilean (Gomez) then why does it look like a hamburger as opposed to ... well , some Chilean dish? (someobody help me here)

When will they use that for the logo of the new chain of Gomez's Burgers opening up?

"The dark ring, seen edge-on from the Earth's perspective, cloaks a central star from view. But the star's rays creep out above and below the disk to light up the dust buns. "
I love lit-up stellar buns, even if they are dusty.

I know. I expect to see something named "Morticia's Summer Garden Salad" next.

Still, yay Hubble!

Figures that hamburger is in my sign. I'm starting to believe this astrology crap.

Hubble fans will want to read about its tiny new competitor, the Humble.
