So this is the new Trump Presidential Library? I wonder what happened to the rest of the $2 billion dollars.

With one small tweak, it's one of his very last tweets he was allowed to make that seems apt today;
These are the things and events that happen when a sacred landslide election victory is isn't so unceremoniously & viciously stripped away from great patriots who have been badly & unfairly treated for so long. Go home with love & in peace. Remember this day forever!

Everything he and his voters touched turned to shit. Can't wait for this cretinous lech and his treasonous followers, however many millions, to be convicted and imprisoned, or otherwise relegated to the dustbin of history.

Ctrl-F Putin turns up only one entry (the other two instances of that name in the list are more like compliments):

Vladimir Putin
PRESIDENT OF RUSSIA
"responsible for backing Animal Assad"

That's all he managed in five and a half years of tweeting insults.

I’m really, really looking forward to Trump no longer being a person of any consequence. I mean, I know it’s a bit much to hope that he just falls into the memory hole 24 hours from now, and that there will almost certainly be people who still will follow every stupid, petty, self-promoting words that make it out into the public discourse, but I can still hope. I can still dream of a word where we just sort of go, “oh, yeah, that guy. Whatever happened to— nah, never mind, I couldn’t care less...”

Heads up that the link is a NEW YORK TIMES link, and one should exercise paywall-dodging protocols.

I'm a bit surprised at how many entries there are for FOX News. That man was just all kinds of stupid.

I think the $2b will be used to pay for etching these tweets into the Presidential Wall separating the US from Mexico. There is still diplomatic argument underway about which side.

I kind of hope we do hear more from him. I hope he flames out in such a dramatic and damning manner there is no room for doubt anymore, if you're still with him you are forever outside of society. As profane as a swastika tattooed on your face.

"This is not complicated: the base is bashed ginger nuts"

I aspire to these levels of shade-throwing.

Yeah. The more time Trump is in the news having to answer for all the absolutely horrible atrocities he is responsible for, the less time there will be for Republicans to be scandalized over Biden wearing a tan suit.

Trump's shadow should loom large as a reminder that one side of our two party system was more than willing to cruelly separate children from parents, let 400,000 Americans die from a pandemic, and subvert our democracy itself in order to satisfy the ego of one evil man and remain in power. Whenever Republicans become hyperbolic about reforms they don't like being an abuse of power, they need to have the full weight of the Trump legacy dropped on them.

Why did he bash Goodyear? I'm pretty sure he has never ever bought tyres himself, and I can't imagine he's ever given the subject much thought.

Obviously I agree, but I'll go farther than that. Trump was obviously unfit for the presidency from the beginning, and yet Republicans went along. Hillary Clinton told is in so many words during the presidential debates, and the so-called "liberal media" barely acknowledged it, let alone the unprecedented nature of that warning.

There is no excuse for supporting Trump. None. We will not easily forgive and we must never forget.

Why did he bash Goodyear?

Because they banned their staff from wearing Trump campaign gear at work.

If the Trump library doesn't include an interactive exhibit with a hurricane map and sharpies, im not going.

You can see an important Trump tactic at use in the Hillary Clinton section of tweets. You come up with a scary two or three word phrase—doesn't matter if it's true—and broadcast it over and over until people repeat it like robots. It's just "Crooked Hillary" over and over — "crooked" occurs 370 times! "Death Panels!" "Recycle"* "Creeping Socialism" and so on going back into time, it's been used to great effect by conservatives. It's almost like the verbal version of the flags they love so much. (My wife asked me yesterday, why is there a Christian flag? I told her she answered her own question.) I mean, honestly, the democrats should hire Trump (just throw some money at him) to pump some of that poison into canisters for use against the republicans as a deprogramming/reprogramming tactic.

*to make us think using and recycling plastic was a great idea when it was just being shipped across the sea to China and burned.

The list I want is the scandals, corrupt actions, malfeasance, bad acts. lies, preferably in the form of indictments.

What an abusive asshole.

It's pretty damn good, isn't it? I also enjoy the fact that, back in 2017, BBC Four quietly started repeating The Nazis: A Warning From History just two weeks after Trump's inauguration.

Australian public broadcaster SBS had Death of Stalin on last night.

Over these last four years comedians; Samantha Bee, Seth Meyers, Stephen Colbert, Jimmy Kimmel, John Oliver, etc... They have been delivering the most exquisite burns. Gourmet insults. Blue-ribbon award winning works of art. A true mastery of language and humour.

Compared to that, this is playground stuff. I'm sorry, that's not fair to children. They can be pretty creative. This is more like the dumb brute that says 'nuh uh you are!' and shoves you into the mud.

To test a sort of working theory--the word 'dog' appears 24 times:

Steve Bannon ('dumped like a dog')
Joe Biden (as 'John McCain's lapdog')
Brent Bozell ('begging for money like a dog')
Bob Corker ('couldn't get elected dog catcher')
Ted Cruz ('lies like a dog')
Erick Erickson ('fired like a dog,' twice)
David Gregory ('fired like a dog')
Mainstream media ('lapdogs')
Omarosa Manigault ('that dog!')
The New Hampshire Union Leader ('kicked out of the ABC news debate like a dog')
The New York Times ('thrown out of China like dogs,' twice)
Tim O'Brien ('fired like a dog')
George Pataki ('couldn't be elected dog catcher')
Mitt Romney ('choked like a dog,'
Snoop Dogg (no dog mention, Trump's just mad about this)
Brian Stelter ('just a poor man's lapdog')
John Sununu ('couldn't get elected dog catcher')
Chuck Todd ('will be fired like a dog')
Nicole Wallace ('thrown off The View like a dog,' '3rd rate lapdog')
Brian Williams ('thrown off network news like a dog')

In conclusion: While Trump is aware of a couple dog-related cliches, he doesn't know much about canine behavior. And while I do not have proof that Trump uses the word 'dog' as a substitute for 'bitch,' I believe, as Robert Mueller might say, that there is a preponderance of evidence.

In this vein - a person could spend a very pleasant hour or so browsing Youtube for clips from the UK show The Last Leg which reference Trump.
