These are generally pretty funny, but the one featured in the title of this post is in a league of its own. That is so inanely, specifically hilarious that I will be chuckling about it for a while. Thanks.

The best of times AND the worst of times? At this time of year? At this time of day? In this part of the country? Localized entirely within your kitchen?

I am shocked, shocked I say, to find that SparkNotes isn't taking literature seriously!

My favorite one, since things like this are often offered as legit life advice:

Unpopular opinion: the best thing young people can do early in their careers is say "please" to the Dread Pirate Roberts so that they may become his valet and eventually assume the title when he retires

Steamed Hams memes? All over the internet? All the time? Can you avoid them?

I thought it was appropriate, since Steamed Hams is classic literature.

I remember when SparkNotes was an offshoot of thespark.com, which was a humor website. they had a lot of personality quizzes that were pretty funny when I was, like, 12.

This is real. I have had actual work conversations where I said "So our colleague is bullying and harassing people" and the other person said "He's always treated me well, I don't see the problem here."

Don't worry, surely nobody will remember it by the time it's 25 years old.
