Stephen Colbert talks Cancel Culture, Dave Chappelle and the Insurrection [50m YouTube video, Offline Podcast, hosted by Jon Favreau (the speechwriter, not the actor/director)] Honestly, he talks about so much more than those things, and it feels like a really open conversation from a talent about what is going on in his mind about his career and a lot of things. Worth a watch!

Great interview. Colbert is such a thoughtful, funny, honest, humble man. Thanks for the link.

I like his thoughts on "cancel culture."

I also recommend Katt Williams' take, which is, for me, definitive.

If anyone wants the podcast version (Apple Podcasts, Overcast, etc), it's embedded in the Pod Save America feed and was released Nov 21

Colbert is a fairly reflective person. I don't think he gets everything right, but I see him trying.

That was remarkable. He is so thoughtful, and smart, and well-spoken, and decent. And even with him in such a prominent media position, the country is still going off the rails in as much the polar opposite direction that's possible. It almost hurt to listen.
