If Twit, but don't fancy the ads. Bookmarklet to block promoters of tweets automatically.
How do I use it?

I generally know how this works because of the word "bookmarklet," but this is just a link to some code with no instructions so it's not very helpful to less-experienced folks who aren't comfortable with bookmarklets.
If you think of Twitter as a web site, this code will do some things on that web site.
If you think of Twitter as a platform and you use Twitter via an app, this code is useless.
Third-party desktop and mobile Twitter apps like Twitterific (macOS/iOS) already strip out ads and promoted tweets, and only show you a chronological feed.

Sorry. If you use Twitter on the web, this code will auto-block promoted tweets.

You're still on Twitter; you're still the product.
