My great-nephew's* name is Ellis. I showed him that if you typed out 51773 on a calculator (phone app... it's 2023) and turned it upside down... it spelled his name, ELLIS. Sorta-kinda!
He was five years old and had no idea what I was talking about. I told his mom and she looked at me like I was nuts. I guess people don't spell things out on calculators anymore.
When he gets older I'm going to show him again. I'm 52 and wish I could do this with my name.
*He's my niece's son... I think that means he's my great-nephew. Second-nephew? I don't know for sure.

He is your grandnephew. *His* child will be your great-grandnephew or great-grandniece.
I know it seems like you should call him your "great-nephew" given that you are called his great-uncle, but the thing is grand-uncle or grand-aunt is actually correct, although almost no one uses it. So the terms to use are grandniece or grandnephew, to parallel your sibling's use of grandson or granddaughter.

(1) Itʻs cheating terribly, but it just sounds so dang good rolling off the tongue -- my latest ad-hoc pseudonym Lohoclaly Porposi.
(2) True story. Way back around the year 2000 I had just recorded the first album of my band Don Tiki. The thing attracted some interest from a German guy who wanted rights to release a song from it in a compilation disk. My real-life first name is Kit, but on his first message he (maybe mistakenly) spelled it Kid. It was too good an opportunity to pass up, for sure; so, allowing for a bit of baby pidgin, I signed my reply "I Kit, no D."
(3) If ever I father female twins, Iʻd like to name them Enid and Nadine.
