I didn’t know about the Prime special. I’ll have to check it out.

In my particular group of male friends, reading a Blume book was always something you just didn’t do. Not because they were “girl books” or some sort of “ew, cooties” attitude. The idea of reading Blume’s books was more akin to reading your sister’s diary. Like it would be a gigantic invasion of privacy that you just didn’t do.

I celebrate a little every time there's a Judy Blume FPP that isn't an obituary. I also didn't know about the Prime special and will definitely be adding that to my watch list.

Judy Blume is the coolest. An acquaintance of ours, Jami Attenberg, is a writer and Judy went out of her way to praise her, befriend her, and do events with her. Just an all around super duper person.
