Nightfall Turn-based tactics with a hacker theme and light puzzle elements. This is a free remake of the classic 2002 web game Spybotics: The Nightfall Incident for modern PCs and web. The original was posted here in 2004

I remember fondly playing LEGO World Builder 1 & 2 back in the day, when I had a boring contract job with a lot of downtime. Obviously they can't be played online anymore, but I have the original Shockwave files and they play just fine in an emulator.

I have no idea how the fights work. I move my little hack and slingshot around and they don't do any damage, and then the little orange men kill me.

You have to use the red attack button ("slice" or "stone" or whatever) after you are done moving. A red area will appear and you can click on the enemy to do damage if it's on one of the red squares in your attack area.

I loved this game as a kid, and totally forgot about it! Can't wait to play this remake.

I like the mechanic of a unit's health being a long physical "tail" behind them which takes up space on the map, but shrinks as they take damage. I remember this game used this in a bunch of creative ways.
