And in the end, the love you take is equal to the love you make

Over six years after my previous post about it, author D. Aviva Rothschild has finally completed the second half of The Keys Stand Alone, sequel to With Strings Attached, the epic fantasy novel starring The Beatles - the whole series can be bought at Amazon or Lulu. (Previously, including links to free portions.)

Blurb from the author's Facebook page:

At the end of Keys: The Soft World, our heroes discovered they were in bigger trouble than they had realized. With one terrible revelation, all their previous achievements had been rendered meaningless—and now they have a new set of far more difficult tasks to perform in order to save themselves. For one thing, they’re being constantly monitored, so they have to do everything in such a way as to not arouse suspicion. And some of their problems are purely personal, as they continue to grapple with the consequences of the power bestowed upon them.

But they’re not entirely on their own in this endeavor. The Last Wizard, oft-reborn survivor of the turmoil that had shaken the planet C’hou half a millennium ago, is doing their best to help them navigate these new treacherous waters. There are a few others as well, including a mysterious “insider,” exerting subtle influence on their behalf. But will it be enough?

Good news! If the thought of reading a very long Beatles fanfic isn’t your cup of tea, tv tropes has you covered I think this is the first one, there’s a link to the other on the page or via author. Also gives some contextualising information regarding it’s notable fanfic status

I think in this case, the love you take is sequel to the love you make.
