Pioneer is short film by David Lowery starring Will Oldham and Myles Brooks. It investigates fatherhood, the long history of US racial violence, and reasons we tell children stories, and perhaps tell them to ourselves. SLYT.

It is not the first time Bonnie Prince Billy has made me cry.

I'll still check this out, looks good, but not gonna lie, I was a bit disappointed to learn that the director is not this David Lowery.
