HTML Gone Bad: We know that laughter is the best medicine, so our group of scientists work nonstop collecting and categorizing lousy web pages. We spend weeks exposing each page to constant ridicule and heavy sarcasm. After they are tested, we pass the links along to you.

I'm glad there is a home for stuff like this on the web. I'm not sure yet whether this link is featured on the HTML gone bad site, but if not, it should be. Another candidate would probably be the time cube guy (previously discussed for its contents here).

That's a bit too long for a MetaFilter tagline, but I guess MetaFilter is sort of the reverse process anyway (links first, followed by sarcasm and ridicule)

The best part of this site is the essay "If Architects Had To Work Like Web Designers." Funny, 'cause it's true.

Did anyone check out the Asian Prince? Good God what a freak!

The site is pretty uneven. A lot of the supposed "HTML gone bad" pages really seem to be "Content gone bad" pages, of which there are an infinite supply on the Web. And although I found this site pretty entertaining, I doubt it was spotlighted in order to mock it.

Great. Links to both Landover Baptist and Betty Bowers, as well as Bonsai Kitten, Peter Pan, and the venerable Engrish.

It's just like this thread, only without the self-aware humor.

That Peter Pan page is the goddamn funniest thing I have seen in a while. Check out the fashion pages! I'm choking on my own saliva and I can't stop laughing and the people at work are looking at me like I'M the freak!

This, however, works rather nicely:
Metafilter: constant ridicule and heavy sarcasm

The "If Architects Had To Work Like Web Designers" essay reminds me of an list a buddy of mine compiled, called "No, The Customer is Bloody NOT Always Right".
